From Jeff Lynne's ELO trivia. The correct answer was "More than 10" (against "More than 20"). Let's make a comprehensive list.
*ELO 2 (maybe they count two here, one for the UK cover and one for the American one) *Out of the Blue *Zoom (again, the may count two here, one for the 2001 original and another for the Frontiers edition) *Flashback (I've seen two different colour sets for this one). *All Over the World GH (arguably the same from Out of the Blue) *Ticket to the Moon GH (the best) *ELO Live (the worst) *Mr. Blue Sky GH *Alone in the Universe *Wembley or Bust *From Out of Nowhere
And I'm sure I'm missing many from other compilations. Should we count the physical ones from live tours?

I was missing the spaceship from Studio Albums 1973-1977, and I think we should count the one from the 1978 tour (I din't remember if there was one for the 2001 shows). And on the "When the Night Comes" promo single there's a spaceship that may be classified as the one from the Ticket to the Moon GH. Also one from a 1993 compilation that is almost the same as the 1977 original... Endless list.

A quick flick through my collection here are some 7" sleeves the spaceship appears on. Otherwise it's the juke box "medallion".

So, "more than 10" was my gut instinct... but now that I've sat down and scrutinized them way too much given it some thought...
1. ELO 2 (the American version has a light bulb, not a spaceship, so it definitely only counts once) 2. Out of the Blue (which is the same as the All Over the World compilation ship, and, I argue, the ship used for the 1978 tour and all of the Discovery music videos--just that its fourth side has been finished) 3. Zoom (I say the ship is the same on both versions) 4. Alone In the Universe (the same as the ship used for Wembley or Bust, the 2018/2019 tour, Studio Albums 1973-1977, and When the Night Comes)
5. From Out of Nowhere 6. Mr Blue Sky 2012 7. ELO Live (the same as the Classic Albums Collection... and agreed, it's the worst lol) 8. Flashback (I only recall seeing it in one color)
9. Ticket to the Moon compilation (the same as the OOTB/All Over the World ship, just with different colors)
All the other compilation/greatest hits albums that I know of don't have a spaceship. Maybe there are singles/picture sleeves I've never seen which have a different spaceship?
If we're talking physical spaceships, I suppose that would make it 11... though in my opinion, the most recent one was the same as AITU, so even with the spaceship stage, that's 10, not more than 10...
...oh well, I suppose I'm being far too nit-picky. It would be cool to see the official list from Jeff Lynne's ELO though.

Maybe it's the same spaceship but it's been refurbished and repainted a lot

Alright, so I've been able to pick out the next-to-latest spaceship. For this I used the high-resolution photographs found on SMOG Design's website. These are the fellas that made the spasechip for AITU, and I'm almost sure that they're responsible for the Live, Zoom, Mr. Blue Sky and FOON variants. So here we start with the ship from the cover of AITU. Look at the details closely: There's another drawing with the same perspective, it is the same execution but with a slightly different angle: This I will call the bottom side, though I will assume that the ship doesn't have a defined "bottom" or "upper" side. Another picture of the bottom side (and the coolest one, it's my phone's background image): Now we get to the upper side. It can be distinguished by the red contour glass (maybe the cabin, sometimes it glows, sometimes it doesn't) and by the brighter plates: This ship is the same one from Wembley or Bust, as you can see here (the upper side shown): And it is also the very same ship from The Studio Albums 1973-1977 (upper side as well): The ship appears flipped upside down many times, so "bottom" and "upper" sides don't seem proper names: So all those three ships are really just one.

There's another drawing with the same perspective, it is the same execution but with a slightly different angle: And this is the same ship from the 'When the Night Comes' single. It just that the one from the CD single is barely glowing in the dark, and only the red disk:
