Dude, you (well, and Dave) have transformed Command Central from a simple room into a den of ELO coolness! How amazing! Now the challenge will be to leave the room from time to time to do other things. Thanks, Bub! I do find myself staring up and around more.

Thanks! That is a wonderful description, queenofthehours! I do tend to sigh a lot when here in Command Central.

I became motivated to again have framed, matted and put behind museum glass a few
more pieces from my collection. So I headed off to my framer, the skilled Michael. What triggered this is the signed flyer Horacewimp gave to me when he saw Bev some weeks ago. Frame worthy indeed. It reads “To Barb, Cheers Bev Bevan”. Did the Custard King say my name, too? *swoon* I’ll treasure this gift always. Right now, it’s pride of place on my desk. I like the black mat giving Bev’s writing pop.
Keeping with the Industrial Revolution theme of the Face The Music album cover, I chose a sliver frame with a gray mat to honor the tilers who created and installed very cool work during that majestic era. It’s also a salute to the two tiling pro’s we are fortunate to have here on our fantastic forum. This will hang in the hallway outside Command Central. The photo does not do justice.
So far, I’ve been framing vintage adverts, and felt it time to honor the present. I choose Jeff’s 2018 tour poster.
What a beauty. Plenty of blue for Mr Blue Sky.
I’ve ran out of wall space on my side of Command Central. So desperate times, etc, etc… made me encroach into Dave’s space.
I think his Star Wars and Star Trek replicas fits ELO’s logo concept perfectly. Sorry, Honey.

They all look brilliant, yes the custard king did speak your name, but I had to spell it out for him. Dave doesn’t need any wall space move any pictures he has into the garage….he won’t notice.

I must applaud the wise words of Horacewimp - as a fellow man he obviously knows that Dave would see much more important your pictures are, and would move his own pictures into the garage if Mrs Wimp should suggest it Your new framed treasures look amazing, me Snooks! That 2018 Tour one looks like something from the 1970s, properly retro. FTM is suitably gothic and spooky, but best of all is your tribute from the Custard King himself It's lucky our esteemed forum boss is such a close pal of his, nice one!

I take them to a framer. He always does a great job. We had fun trying to decide the right color scheme for the FTM poster.
