"There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever." - Revelation 22:5
Darn. Well, maybe it will somehow still be a nice place for us up there anyways.

Heh! Well spotted, Jim.
Come to think of it, I don't suppose they'll allow any Evil Woman up there either...

What does heaven have against Night In The City Oh well, I'm pretty sure Heaven's soundtrack is entirely ELO songs... minus one.

Jim, I'm not particularly bothered by "Night in the City" -nor by it's perpetual absence either-, but why don't you check the Revelations again to see if you can find somewhere that says that we are going to be eternally delivered from "Turn to Stone"?

I'm too busy checking for a verse that we don't have to hear "Do Ya", lol. Jim

Jim, I'll ask you something I've been wondering about since you first joined the forum about 5 years ago and for some reason I never asked you: why do you sign all of your messages "Jim"? We know who is sending that message just by looking at the user anyway.

Don't despair! Fans who have been looking forward to hearing another ELO hit will be able to enjoy it:
"You open your hand, and you satisfy the desire of every living thing." (Psalm 145 verse 16)

Just wondering, because no one else does it. But it does save your fingers the effort of pressing three more keys.
