I’m INFP-T, so the dove. We took this test in school three years ago & I just took it again, I haven’t changed much (when I took it back then I believe it was INFJ) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I feel like the percentages & description are super accurate: 79% introverted 89% feeling The other test I’ve found to be startlingly accurate, I found myself saying “wow that’s me, they’ve put it into words” is the enneagram test: enneagramtest.net(I am a 4 wing 5)

eloneen vlogdance nobodyschild It's so nice to see some fellow doves! I don't know any other INFPs in my day-to-day life. Also, in case you thought doves all had rather plain plumage, check out some of these amazing fruit doves: {Fruit Doves}Rose Crowned Fruit Dove Superb Fruit Dove Pink Headed Fruit Dove Ornate Fruit Dove Wompoo Fruit Dove That's funny, I am an INFP-T, 4 with a 5 wing, too! I also was thinking of posting the enneagram test earlier. Great minds think alike? MBTI types often correlate with the enneagram as well. For example, INFPs are almost always type 4 or 9 on the enneagram test. The enneagram tritype is really interesting too, and maybe gives a more well rounded picture? My tritype was 4w5, 9w1, 7w6, I think? We also took the MBTI test in high school, to give us an idea of what kind of jobs might be suited to our personalities. I've always tested as an INFP, I think because my percentages are just so extreme. I think my introverted percentage was around 95% or something. I'm practically a hermit. Weaver birds are amazing! The little bird chart doesn't give a very complete picture of their nests, but just look how skilled they are: {Weaver Bird} Horacewimp orioles70 You're both woodpeckers; check out these cool, resourceful fellows! The Pileated woodpecker is probably my favorite, it's 40 to 49 cm (16 to 19 in) long, and has a prominent crest. The Gila woodpecker is really hardcore. It lives in the desert, and since there are few to no trees there, it drills holes and builds nests in cacti! {Woodpeckers}Pileated Woodpecker Gila Woodpecker Buttler It looks like you're an owl, that's awesome! Owls are a very diverse family of birds. They range in size from the tiny Elf Owl, which is sparrow sized, to the European Eagle Owl, which has a wingspan of over 1.5m (5 feet)! Here are some really neat owls: {Owls}Elf Owl European Eagle Owl Burrowing Owl Red and Grey Morph Screech Owls Dark Morph Barn Owl unomusette I must admit that I'm the teeniest bit jealous, because hummingbirds are my favorite wild birds! Here are some lovely hummingbirds that you might like: {Hummingbirds} Bee Hummingbird (the world's smallest bird) Fiery-Throated Hummingbird Golden-Tailed Sapphire Hummingbird Marvelous Spatuletail Hummingbird
Robins are lovely birds, though! You are probably familiar with the English and American robins, but there are some other fancy robins out there! Check these out: {Robins} Red Capped Robin Pink Robin Siberian Blue Robin Also, I think it's good to honestly admit our flaws! I'll be the first one to tell you that I'm highly anxious (I think this is common knowledge by now, though, haha), I constantly have my head in the clouds, I can be lazy when I do not find a topic/project interesting, I'm a huge procrastinator, and I have a hard time finishing most of the projects that I've started. Hopefully that makes you feel less alone in your honesty. PS: I used so many spoiler tags, I apologize if they didn't work properly!

BIuebird Most of what you say about yourself also applies to me. I'm not anxious in a general sense, but I am a worrier. I stay busy with projects that I enjoy, so that avoiding the ones I dislike doesn't hurt my image of myself as a hardworking, responsible person . I wouldn't say that my head is in the clouds, but I sometimes take on really cool, creative projects that are a bit too big and unwieldy, so maybe that's the same thing? In any case, I think we have some things in common.

This is all great BIuebird .
I wish I could clam the same level of cleverness as the Weaver bird! I don't have the tenacity for that type of project. Beautiful bird.
Horacewimp and orioles70 , Woodpeckers are fantastic. For the first time this year we have four Woodpeckers who are feeding on our suet. Two different species.
Red-bellied
Hairy They also love hammering on our neighbors tree.

Nice pics, BIuebird! Robins are indeed gorgeous birds, particularly the red-capped one. But hey, we robins aren't just all physical beauty! As for admitting flaws publicly, yeah, I agree that it's basically a good thing and always requires a certain dose of honesty. But there are flaws which are not that bad, thus not hard to admit, and then there are others which people wouldn't receive well. No one will think bad of you or hate you for saying you are a procrastinator, or that your head is always in the moon. And they will even judge you as honest, with a positive connotation, if you admit them. But how about admitting something like superiority feelings? That's the really dirty stuff, the kind that no one would dare to admit publicly because people won't think "how honest" but "what a dislikeable person, so arrogant, he/she feels superior to everyone else". That requires a stupid amount of honesty, probably more than is sensible. Or who would admit himself/herself an envious person, to give another example of a deep, dirty misery which no one would admit, even when conscious about it? And there are as many examples as you want. No one will think good of you if you are honest and admit those things. We all have our publicly admittable flaws and then our nasty, hidden miseries, which for our own good is probably adviceable to keep hidden. I hope I explained my idea clearly. EDIT: in my defense, as I have clarified before, when I talked about feelings of superiority (the question in the quiz asked about feeling superior to others) I wasn't talking about feeling superior to others always and in all aspects for having been born a superior being (ala Hitler), but in relation to aspects of certain people in certain circumstances (for example, feeling smarter than someone, or a group of people). Still a flaw, needless to say, but let's put it in it's right context.

BSJ: the kind of woodpecker on your first pic is very similar to the ones you can find in my family's land. A lady in a nearby land had domesticated one and it came every midday to eat the food that she threw him. Gorgeous birds.

All the birds in the links are so beautiful, thanks BIuebird! How lovely that we are all represented so becomingly.
Can't believe how tiny the bee hummingbird is, I can remember someone telling me they saw one hovering by a windowbox outside their hotel once and it was so small they thought it was a bee - now I can see how likely that was. Mind you, they said they'd seen it in Grenoble which is near the Swiss border in France. I'd have thought that would be far too cold a place to see such an exotic creature.

It might have been a hummingbird hawk moth I’ve seen a few of these thinking they were actual small humming birds. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hummingbird_hawk-moth

A bit late to the party here, but I'm the same as you BSJ on the Meyers-Briggs test: ISFJ-A defender / weaver bird. I'm a type 5 - investigator on the enneagram, though. Side note: reading through the info about the ISFJ personality type... humble and shy, meticulous to the point of perfectionism, underplay their accomplishments, never truly comfortable in the spotlight... I couldn't help but wonder, do we maybe share a personality type with Jeff?

still no extroverts? seems like I remember reading a long time ago that the world is 70% or so extroverts (on the Myers Briggs scale) hmm - are introverts the ones who have time for forums? or extroverts can't be bothered with quizzes? or maybe this quiz is not so accurate? except that everyone seems to agree with their own result ...
the lack of extroverts does make me stop and wonder a bit ...

orioles70 I think the more likely reason that we see less extroverts on the forums is because they are more likely to want to be out doing things and socializing with people in person? Mr. Bluebird and I have an older friend who is also a huge ELO fan (and I'm fairly certain he's an extrovert), but he isn't really interested in forums or with social media. He's pretty tech savvy, but he isn't interested in using the internet for socialization at all. However, he'd probably like to see us in person and talk every day if he could (which would be exhausting for me as an introvert )!
