vlogdance Horacewimp and unomusette I came back home this evening to a beautiful and very colorful mixed floral bouquet, and a home cooked meal, but no apple pie ---which is probably all for the best since I stopped at the doughnut shop in the airport this afternoon!

We'll have some apple pie (and birthday cake) tomorrow, and we're going out to a movie and dinner over the weekend. Who says we can only celebrate on one day?

In the UK, different gifts are traditionally given for different anniversaries (the 50th = gold, 25th = silver, and so on)
