vlogdance, you are right when you say "officially", because in practice I'm pretty sure George helped Ringo in at least two songs other than "Photograph", which is not to surprise as Mr. Harrison was clearly a more crafty songwriter.

In the film "Let it be" there's a part where you can see George actively helping Ringo with the composition of "Octopus' garden". Then there's also "It don't come easy", which some sources say it was co-written with George.

The best therapy for any problem you might have is playing music with friends.
