I think the reason for Destination Unknown being ignored in this poll is because a lot of people would rather stick to material actually intended for Secret Messages rather than an outtake from the later Balance Of Power album.
Indeed, if you collect together the various '80s era b-sides and leftovers, there's potentially a great "lost" ELO masterpiece that could easily match Time and Secret Messages for quality:
The Bouncer When Time Stood Still Julie Don't Live Here No Way Out Buildings Have Eyes Mandalay After All Hello My Old Friend A Matter Of Fact Caught In A Trap Destination Unknown
I didn't even need to use Beatles Forever, though if you really want a double album there's more than enough from this period to make that possible as well:
Beatles Forever Video! Let It Run Sooner Or Later Grieg's Piano Concerto In A Minor Tears In Your Life Love Changes All Helpless Who's That?
Maybe using Jeff's three contributions to the Electric Dreams soundtrack is cheating a little, but they do feature Richard Tandy and therefore should be just as eligible as anything he recorded for Zoom... right?
