My vote is a tribute to my friends Snowshoes, Snowshoes II and Snowshoes III It's always nice when you see that some of the best people enjoy spending time with a feline friend:

What lovely pics, Horace. Even though I voted for the "opposition", Pip looks like a wonderful friend.

Cats. They are more intelligent, independent, clean, not smelly, not loud or noisy, not pesky, not clumsy, and they know how to do their business on the stones (not on the Stones, please ). They are so civil that some (like my Chula) form queues for eating:

Wolves are not allowed in the contest, Buttler! Haha, if that's really a dog, it's magnificent.

If someone told me I had to have a cat or dog, I'd go with a dog. What ever the sex it would be named Xavier. No clue what breed, probably a mutt, middle sized.

Sorry folks - it has to be cats! This young lady is called 'Taylor', named by my daughter after a certain Miss Swift....

Much prettier than Miss Swift if you asked me.

I'm a total cat devotee, I love their independence and glorious furriness and the way they don't totally devote themselves to you the way a dog would. As the saying goes, dogs have masters and cats have staff. I can appreciate the beauty of dogs like the siberian husky of course, but I'd rather not have to get up close and personal with their freshly dropped poo the way an owner has to. This pic of my own Nashville Pussy taken earlier today illustrates the mindset of a kitty - "So what if it squashes me fat face all up together, it's MY box and I DO fit in it" Edit: This pic was taken at about 11am and she is still in the box now at 10pm

Haha Uno, your Nasvhille sure is capable of resting! The walls of the box seem not to have bared the pressure too well though.
