So Wolfie is going to dare with the Waffles! I'd like pictures of that. Will you dare with the empanadas, queenofthehours?

If I make a mess in the kitchen at home from making waffles, my mother will kill me! We've only had that kitchen for over a year! Have you got a link to the full recipe Helmut?

No, it's from a old-style kitchen book I have and it's in Spanish.

Yes, totally! It's not difficult at all, the secret is how you mix the beaten whites with the dough.

Uh, now that I think about it... what do you Brits eat waffles with? In Argentina we eat them with dulce de leche, but you don't have that up there!

Usually with sausage, bacon, fried egg, black pudding and beans.

I might have to ask for help off my mom making them, she's pretty good in the baking and making mixture like that from scratch Well I eat mine with melted butter on them, what's dulce de leche?

Usually with sausage, bacon, fried egg, black pudding and beans. That sound more like pankaces, could it be? The waffles I'm talking about are more like this:

No, no help from your mom! Otherwise what are we going to laugh at? Look at BSJ, she was brave enough to try cooking a new thing, you should be brave too! Dulce de leche is like a brown sweet cream or jam made mostly of milk (in fact the literal translation would be "milk jam") that we have in Argentina and Uruguay, it's delicious (and fattening like few things). You can see it in the photo I sent, over the waffles.

As long as you post a few photos of the incident you can blame me no problem.

So Wolfie is going to dare with the Waffles! I'd like pictures of that. Will you dare with the empanadas, queenofthehours ? They look like Cornish pasties. I like Cornish pasties. So I just might try those when I have time.
