At the concert I lost my mind when hearing the first few notes of the Overture. I was so hoping he'd play it.

BSJMe too! The Philly show was the first one they played it at this tour, so it was a really great surprise.

Awesome fan edit from this summer’s tour. I really like the sound of this video, maybe one of the best versions of the song live!

About the studio/official videos:
Personally, I always found the videos of the band a bit...you know, so similar between them. I mean, the band playing, not so much more...Just like maybe all the 70s rock bands (I don't know if this could be on the Confessions part, haha) Anyway, I like the Discovery video, especially for the effects that were not included before. Of course, the videos of the 80s were better, but the videos from the first years. Twilight, Hold On Tight, Rock & Roll Is King, Secret Messages, were more than the band playing. They're nice, powerful videos. I like them more than the Balance Of Power productions...
The recent videos are short but they show the Jeff's point-of-view about the story of the band and himself through the years. Hope we can see more videos!!

Most music videos improved greatly when MTV came on the scene in 1981.

Very cute, and interesting to hear a lighter/more chill cover of DBMD, though I’m not sure how I feel about it... I think I’ll stick with the shitload-of-compression, big guitars, banging-on-six-pianos version.

Not too bad I've heard worse, I like the way she over emphasises 'groos'
