Reading through an interview with the Orchestra, Parthenon said he had played the ELO set list over 500 times (and that was some years ago). Hux wasn't in ELO II at first and took a hiatus from the Orchestra for several years as well. So other members have likely played considerably more dates.
Just out of curiosity, I'm wondering who has played the most gigs. The ELO line up has changed up many times. Kelly didn't join until mid '70s. Bev was there from the beginning, but left ELO II / Orchestra after his deal with Jeff. Jeff has the longest tenure, but didn't play at all for many years. Richard has dropped out for health reasons a couple years ago and didn't play with ELO II, so I don't think it would be him. Cello players have come and gone a few times.
I'm guessing that Mik is the one who has done the most gigs playing ELO material.
No need for an exhaustive research project - just looking for educated guesses.

Mik joined in 73 and toured till 86 with ELO and he also had his own band Violinski that played ELO material and then the Orkestra/part2 era,so yes, after 46 years of almost continuation of playing I think he must be up at the top regarding this....

I'd say so, he wouldn't be able to resist something drum-heavy like Don't Bring Me Down

Bev does play a couple of ELO songs usually Mr Blue Sky and Don’t Bring Me Down.
