Richard Tandy, he has stuck with Jeff through thick and thin and currently this has seen him have a renaissance.

Sooooooo hard to pick.....
Richard Bevan
If it was 'Favourite ELO Member' 2000 - 2014 I would pick Richard But on the band as a whole, Bev did most of the TV Promo in the 70's & 80's and his book etc so I'm going to pick him.

Richard Tandy - because he is a dignified and talented musician. Because he has been a loyal collaborator and sidekick of Jeff's for many years. Because he had a career before Jeff and apart from Jeff. And because he may not have been a founding member of ELO, but he made his mark and today is just as much the personification of the ELO sound as Jeff is.

They're all worthy candidates, it's really hard to choose.
But I'm going to stick by Hugh McD because he was such a live wire on stage and helped give the band a visual lift whilst playing an instrument not normally part of a rock act. Plus he's such an interesting character - I bet he'd be full of hilarious stories and he's the one I'd most like to meet.

Hugh McDowell. Like I said every time I voted for him, for being the first bad-boy cellist. BTW, Horace, I regret the fact that you decided to leave that wild card without effect. Does it have to do with your wife finding out the true reason behind the refurbishing of the bathroom? Did she ever catch you with a look on your face like... like... like Jeff's!? No wonder the man was screwing up the lyrics all over...
