In the spirit of the "Add a Word, Ruin a Song" thread, and the "ELO Song Lyrics Rewrites" thread, may I humbly propose....
Eclipse Time - a concept album about the August 21, 2017 eclipse; a few song titles needed no adjustments.
1. Prologue 2. Twilight 3. Yours Truly, 2024 (when the US will see its next total solar eclipse) 4. Covered by the Moon 5. The Way the Light's Meant to Be? 5. Another Heart Quakes (about the awesomeness of the whole experience) 6. The Temp is Falling (about the coolness of the air during totality) 7. Is This the End of the World? (about superstitious fears of the apocalypse ) 8. The Lights Go Down 9. Here is the News (about the media frenzy surrounding the eclipse) 10. 21st Century Plan (gearing up for future eclipses) 11. Hold on to your Sight (wear your eclipse glasses) 12. Epilogue

My apologies in advance for hijacking this thread a little. This was my eclipse song. Dantalian's Chariot - Sun came bursting through my cloud I love this song so much! It's so beautiful. A really nice cover version: the lyrics remind me of something Jeff might write. Very sweet and evocative. Dull and dreary day, sad and gloomy grey The cold wind blew the northside on the rooftop weather vane The sky was overcast, moving mighty fast And at the very moment I expected pouring rain Sun came bursting through my cloud Breaking daylight through the misty shroud You came walking out from in the crowd As I caught your gaze, a golden summer haze Seemed to force a clearing in the shadow of the storm Standing face to face, all the crowded space Became a dark horizon 'round the breaking of the dawn Sun came bursting through my cloud Breaking daylight through the misty shroud You came walking out from in the crowd To the sunlight from the shade To a clearing in the winter glade Taking shelter from the coming rain ___________________ It gives me so much feels.

Eldorado- a double concept album about a boy's love affair with cars
Side 1 -
"Eldorado Overture"- A short love song, a tribute to our hero's first car, where it all began: Granny gives him her used "cream puff" Eldorado on his 16th birthday. "Can't Get it out of my Garage" - a sad ballad about the challenges of backing such a large car out of the garage and onto the road "Big Wheels" - Our hero wants to personalize his new car, so he pimps his ride with mag wheels and blingy rims. "Look at me now" - Satisfied with the transformation of his ride, our guy drives it around town, showing it off to his friends.
Side 2 -
"Hold on Tight" - an upbeat song about the thrill of driving much too fast "Danger Ahead" - a comedic tune about looking out for traffic police and taking the curves on winding roads at high speeds "Long Black Road" - a rocker about taking long drives with his bros and his lady friend "Wishing" -a wistful ballad about the sexy sports car he really wants
Side 3- "Concerto for the New Car Consumer"
"Confusion" - a wild ride of a song about the myriad options, features and add-ons available on new cars "Sweet Talkin' Sales Woman"- a bitter song about the flirty car saleswoman trying to close the deal "Endless Lies" - Our hero is frustrated with manipulative sales tactics. "In for the Kill" - an angry rocker : He realizes that they won't be satisfied unless they rip him off.
Side 4
"21st Century Van" - A melancholy tune about test driving the perfect energy-saving vehicle for today's large family, with all the bells and whistles. (He wants to love it, but he can't.) "Mr. Blue Sky" - Our hero finally realizes his dream, and drives his convertible sports car off the sales lot on a picture-perfect beautiful day. "Steppin' Out" - An upbeat, danceable song about going out with friends and celebrating the new car "Eldorado Finale"- A bittersweet ballad about saying goodbye to Granny's cream puff, and donating it to charity
