Paul Simon rhymed his way to victory in round four, and advances in our little tournament.
Round five is gonna be interesting. Let's get to it.... (remember to vote in the poll or your vote won't count)

I like them for different reasons, and it's close, but I'll go with Paul.

Tough call, man. I love George as much as anyone, but Macca had better post-Beatles songs, whereas George seemed uninspired sometimes.

My George!
Sure Paul or John, even maybe Ringo, had songs that might trump George's music at times but whatever music George put out it was always totally honest and he never made music just for the hits.

George for me.
My favourite Macca song is "Let Me Roll It" from his 'Band On The Run' album.

For all of George Harrison's many "Abbey Road", "Revolver", and solo career merits; gotta give the nod to Sir Paul who had a more consistent and quantitative output of classic songs.
Plus, the fact that Sir Paul is an amazing guitarist in his own rite with things like "Blackbird", the monster guitar solo on "Taxman", and the ridiculously simple yet effective guitar solo on "Maybe I'm Amazed". Could be a decent blues player when he tried as well.
Plus, have to punish George somehow for making us endure "Within You, Without You" in the heart of the Sgt. Pepper's album. ha ha.
