I'm the kind of person who will watch Cruising with Jane McDonald and the other weekend I saw a repeat of her South American journey where she visited a Welsh tea house in Patagonia. It reminded me of Helmut83 's trip.
I can't get over how much Trevelin sounds like the name of that band Jeff was in with Bob Dylan.

We could come up with an initiative to add "Wilburys" to the name of Trevelin.
When you go to Trevelin you are warned beforehand to accentuate the word properly because locals very much measure your respect for their town and it's history in the way you pronounce it's name. You shouldn't put the stress on the first syllable (like "traveling"), apparently that's the way the English would naturally pronounce it. The stress goes on the second syllable instead (treVElin). That's how it sounds in Welsh, or so I've been told.
For what I know Brits who venture down these latitudes would typically visit only the East side of Chubut, the tea houses in Gaiman and Trelew. It's a pity they don't make it to the West part of the province -where Trevelin lies- because they are missing the best part.

Mlini taken from a water taxi.
Mlini
Cavtat,a couple of miles away
Kupari,an abandoned resort just a mile away. This was a bay of hotels for the military which was bombed in the civil war and left to rot, it's a bit of a ghost town but there are plans to redevelope it soon.

Dubrovnik old town
From the castle walls looking down the main shopping street.
Fans of Game Of Thrones might recognize these steps in the old town. Cersei took her walk of shame down these steps

A day out to Bosnia and Herzegovina, This is the Stari Most bridge which was destroyed in the civil war but now fully restored and is now a world famous tourist attraction.
The Kravice Falls (no sign of Lenny though...)
Jeff and the boys must have visited the Stari Most bridge at some point...

Just a few pics taken on holiday,as you can see it wasn't the sunniest of places and apart from the two days out which were sunny and hot,it was generally overcast and cool. Mlini is a gorgeous little town nestled between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, a few bars and restaurants but no cheap tat shops to spoil it.
